Our stay at Blue Skies in Tangalle was fantastic! We extended our stay because of the amazing experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with flowers. The small terrace outside our room was perfect for relaxing. Suranga, the host, made us feel like we were coming home to a friend every day. He even arranged a scooter for us to explore the area. The nearby quiet beaches were a short walk away, and the connected restaurant served delicious meals. We highly recommend this hidden gem in Tangalle!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

the rooms were spacious and everything felt new and clean. the attention to detail was impressive, with fresh flowers on the bed upon arrival. the owners, a young couple, were amazing hosts. They created a perfect mix of European and Sri Lankan food in their restaurant, which we enjoyed every evening. the food was the best we had in Sri Lanka, especially the fresh fish. the owners also entertained us with Sri Lankan card games and gave us great tips for exploring the area with a rented scooter. the rooms, hosts, and food were all amazing, and we would definitely return. Cons: Almost perfect 😊.

The first floor room was amazing! It had a seating area where we could relax and enjoy the local wildlife while sipping on our cold beverages. The bathroom was large and included a spacious walk-in hot water shower area, perfect for a refreshing shower after a long day of exploring. The room had a king-size four-poster bed with a high-quality mattress and a mosquito net, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The room service at Blue Skies Guest House And Restaurant was excellent, catering to all our needs. All the air-conditioned and fan-cooled rooms came with a cozy seating area, making it a great place to unwind. The ground floor room had a terrace, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and relax with a cup of coffee. The first floor room even had a balcony, providing a lovely view of the surroundings. The double room had a beautiful tile/marble floor, adding a touch of elegance to our stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom's design, but I understand that others may still appreciate it.

Nada, ninguna queja.
